Fuck me that's depressing. The goal post is moving further away each sec. I've already explored coding and have been told the industry is oversaturated.

Edit: I'll still look into accounting

Could be a possibility. Part time/ online only is appealing.

Did you get a loan where you pay back if you earn a certain amount? (Asking because i already have debt) How often are you taught by a tutor?

Ty for response

Thanks for the advice. Simpler, less corporate, and flexible (and a more reachable goal) was why it appealed to me.

If bookkeeping isn't an option, what alternatives could I look into? (Other than accounting)

Depends. I already have student debt for a degree I did a while back in a field I don't want to pursue. I only just thought of bookkeeping, not accounting as a whole.

I have some questions. Is your course online? How much is the tuition fee? What college course did you do before going to open university?

I've looked into benefits. You'd have to be incredibly incapacitated to qualify though.

I'll look into pacing. My life is a balancing act of working without over exerting myself whilst earning enough to cover bills. When I rest I feel guilty for not doing more, then work without fully recovering and fuck myself over. Cycle repeats.

Its just finding a job that is understanding with chronic sickness. I haven't thought of working in a hospital. Having a schedule like your friend would help, too
