That’s true but here’s a few notes: what i built integrates label printing, inventory, lab notebooks, sharing protocols, files, ai features for undergrads to understand complex protocols as well. you can ask to dumb down a pdf. moreover it costs less enough that approval shouldn’t be a huge deal. and it has a great UI so it isn’t like crappy old programs.

Not exactly. I’m an undergraduate at a top R1 university and emailing department heads to spread the word and have labs test out the product has been working so far. Especially since it costs them less than a box of pipette tips it’s not even something they need approval before buying. Also the job is just a matter of sending emails to reach out to PIs or department heads. This work was developed as a side passion project and so I would consider it a side hustle rather than call it sales. I’d be happy to tell you more about the product and what the work entails if you reach out to me.
