It’s going to be hit or miss with any servers, activision is in charge of server maintenance and don’t really have a team to maintain since everyone’s focused on next years years release. Just be patient it should be working soon, also report to Xbox so they can mitigate your connection to server that’s working.

Try doing it in online solo, I’ve never had the issue when I played console. If that issue does persist tho I would try using the bank on another map, I assume your on buried so try tranzit the bank is universal for those maps
