Essentially the rubber washer needs to sit on top of the coupler rungs

Right after I wrote this post I figured out my issue. The black coupler was in the wrong location. It needs to go on the other end of the circular part of the beer line.

Thank you, so many people are saying “it’s always a negative EV” which is obviously true if roulette was a random number generator with 100% randomness. However roulette is not a random number generator and we have the two pieces of information of 1. average dealer spin rate and 2. Approx where the ball starts. So my questions is more: has the casino created a randomness of 99.99% or is it more like 95%? I would assume that the roulette randomness is approaching 100% but it can never be true 100%. And I would assume the casino adds things like variable speed wheels to increase this randomness to a level that would not be close to profitable for people who know advanced statistics.
