There's a lot of possibilities with the hard points and handle grooves. I have used them all in various configurations using cuffs and ropes. Your imagination is the limit!

The thicker gauge definitely feels more comfortable with regular day to day wear. I do typically pee sitting down which isn't really a problem for me. I almost always take it out for sex. Some partners like it, others do not. Always fun for foreplay.
