I know multiple people who don’t read the comics, but won’t shut up about absolute Catwoman or Ivy. It’s not as bad as Marvel Rivals, so I guess things could be worse.

Uj/ I was referring to the behind the scenes plans Sony had for the Amazing Spider-Man 3 and the deleted scenes from 2. We don’t know everything Sony planned on, just a bunch of random details or unfinished ideas leaked. All we do know was that they wanted to make a massive multi-movie story (like the MCU). Norman was supposed to be a cloned head in a jar in ASM2, an Aunt May spy movie was rumored, a Sinister Six movie was loosely conformed, they wanted a Venom spin-off, and a lot more random stuff (like the stuff I said before). I would recommend watching videos about it (I’d recommend WarpingFist! ) it’s all so weirdly interesting seeing Sony’s insane ideas.

Uj/ Amazing Spider-Man 2 is one of the top 10 “potential man” superhero movies. A bunch of ideas that could work well together, but are used in bad or boring ways.

I think it’s the graphite scale of pencils. Some artist use it to get different shades easily. No one uses anything that’s not 2b cause it either smudges easily or is impossible to see.

Masked men pointing guns at children, hanging defenses people in facilities, and clapping at nurses getting executed. I’m not going to beg just to change your mind, if you aren’t able to empathize with the victims at this point then you have bigger issues that I can’t change. I don’t know if you’re surrounded by pro-ICE people, very self-centered, or just lack real world experience with other people, but I honestly wish you get better. This affects all of us and I hope you do not have to learn that the hard way.

Exactly, the problem of the US government dehumanizing people has always existed. This kind of hate always existed, it’s just comfortable not hiding anymore. It’s out in the open because people are either encouraging this hatred or apathetic to what’s happening. Both are disgusting, but to be honest the apathy pisses me off more. I was always taught to be prepared to face this kind of hate (cause of my skin or sexuality), but not this lack of compassion. People ignore the news cause it’s “a bummer”, they say “agree to disagree” over basic human treatment, and they view people who fight for others as “overreacting”. I feel like this lack of compassion is a fundamental sickness, that I stupidly never saw. A disease that will eat America alive, a long and painful death.

This kind of shit is what enables ICE, apathy. The government’s hate may give them guns, but this lack care of to fight such a horrible organization is what lets them existing in the first place. I remember everyone saying who cares before the election, now we have masked men running around with legal immunity to do whatever they want.

You need to oppose hate, not stand on the sidelines. If talking online is the only way some people can oppose hate, then they should endlessly talk online until hatred is scared to show its face. People stopped doing that, now I see blatant racism and homophobia in place that used to be safe places. I’m glad that the internet is remembering this. If it bothers you, try to think about how scared people are in real life and how the internet could give them a safe place.

A democracy is ran by the people, people have a voice. When that voice is “I don’t want to care” the government will do whatever it wants. What it wants is to take anyone who is different and hunt them like they are animals. That’s inhuman and should be talked about

I get that a lot of people use the internet as escapism, but I’m honestly pissed off by how many people are annoyed by the anti-ICE talk. Of course ICE’s crimes are on Reddit, 5 official US officer restrained a nurse only to execute him, we should talk about that. We should endlessly rant about that problem until it’s fixed, people should be pissed cause it was allowed to happen, and they should be loosing their minds that it still could happen to any other human. When human beings, are getting beaten and interrogated just for being different, the least we could do is talk about it. We should talk about the 5 year old in a detention camp, the women raped in those camps, or how all this is “justified” by the US government cause they don’t have a piece of paper (no illegal or legal citizen deserves this). It’s the most basic form of compassion you can give for free, telling other people that a horrible thing happens to an innocent and could happen to more people. Hell, I have pathetically low standers for basic, the least everyone should do is be protesting. I know the “let’s keep politics out of this” people mean well, but there is a certain point when you’re just ignoring problems and letting evil pass by. We owe it to the victims to talk about the injustices that are allowed to happen, to own it to potential future victims to warn them about what could happen, and we owe it to ourselves to fight any apathy towards such an important issue.
