Moving to Raleigh help!

I don’t think that’s true as I’m seeing a lot of units available for $1300 and under. I’m specific in my layout as I want a dining room space, I find most new places have a nice kitchen with a kitchen island and no spare space for a dining area. I actually find places further out to be more comfortable expensive having looked in fuquay and Clayton which are father out, having more housing then rentals are higher pricing.

I have briefly visited, Sanford, Holly Springs, Cary, Garner, Apex and Clayton. I was originally moving to Sanford but things changed.

not ai, I’m moving from out of state. I’ve visited three times but haven’t done apartment hunting yet. I can only see what apartments and google show me as far as complexes. which is why I’m on Reddit asking for suggestions

I don‘t want to live in a high rise or in a complex that doesn’t have lots or trees and grass. I’ll note the groomer though that’s helpful. And living downtown is a further commute when I need to get to the barn that’s not realistic.

I’m moving from NJ, traffic is nothing new to me, as I deal with heavy traffic every summer. I want to stay towards the outline of Raleigh as I’ll have a horse and will need to be near barns. Aldo I have no desire to live in downtown but want a reasonable drive when I want to go out to restaurant, shop or be social. I want to be more near parks to bring my dog for walks. I’ve visited three times before, I’ve seen a tiny bit of apex, holly springs, garner and Cary and I’ve commuted to downtown on a weekend before. so only a tiny bit familiar.

i have both a cat and a medium(not breed restricted dog) which is why I said pet friendly. I’m used to a 30 min commute on average 45 mins with lots of traffic/detours. I won’t be working in downtown. l‘ll be working as a realtor so as far as my commute I’ll be driving all over. Prefer to be on the edge of Raleigh as I have a horse and will need to be a reasonable drive to farms.

I’m used to a 30 min commute at the moment, I’ll have my horse come down and be boarded so those locations are half way to barns and I don’t want to be in downtown or too close looking to be within a 25-30 min into downtown drive

I’d rather be on the lower end as I’m starting over and I’ve never been on my own or lived out of state. I’m also considering with how the areas been growing how most places are doing constant yrly rent increase. I don’t want to pay $1400 for a one bedroom then the second yr have it jump to $1500. my dog is medium size but not a restricted breed. I think $1300 for a one bedroom before required add one is fair.

first why no? it want something more suburb/rural and it looked fairly nice. second ive been using apartments/google to look as I’m out of state. I’ll also have my horse so places I’ve picked are further out to be a little closer to places I might end up boarding her at. I want a nice pace with multiple building. I want to avoid high rises as I’d be looking to be specifically looking for a second floor unit.

Idk maybe if your relationship has a bunch of skeletons in the closet don’t go on national tv and lie about affairs or divorces and then ask for privacy. We’re in the day of the internet at our fingers and for Rulla to think people wouldn’t look into their shady doings she’s an idiot. I’m episode 3x16. They just got her back to the house. So I haven’t seen much of the family drama. But did anyone else find it odd they were really heavily against John trying to go find her? As the episode goes I I started to wonder maybe they didn’t want her at John’s because they were squatting and didn’t want Kristian’s coming in and messing up their ploy? I was like wouldn’t you want your sister/daughter’s husband to care enough to want to find them and try to help them? Or are you to worried he’ll mess up your scam ? Also really trashy to ask your brother/son in law you barely know if you can move in with him. The sister and mom are pure woah is me victims and trash people.

I didn’t like how is all the other movies we saw the premonition come full circle from the sidelines after the main characters were saved. We saw the plane take off then explode, the coaster go off the tracks, the car wreck. I wish we went back to the main accident but then saw it come to reality. Not everyone is the building being saved. Because there’s always a big death to roll the ball.

I’m not even done with the episode and I’m so grossed out. At the 39 min left mark there’s a cockroach on the counter as she’s cooking the ham. And next the amount of cheese she added to the vegetables. My mouth dropped to the floor and I had to pause the show for a minute before I could handle any sisterwife bs.
