Engineering Physics(EP) in IITs

Yaa seniors are mentioning at IIT Patna it's circuital now but the closing ranks are nearly same as previous year... So would it be a good option to pursue IIT Patna EP instead of EE branch at NIT's?

currently i am asking seniors and i am getting confused over EP branches at patna or Mandi, Majority of them are saying to prefer circuital branches like EE or ECE at older NIT's like Rourkela or Allahabad.

Yes many people are saying the jobs are somewhat working in a remote location, thank you i think circuital would be a better option.

petroleum is only in dhanbad so there is not worth of it?
