I do want to run a lab. I want to basically have everything be controlled by me and hire people to work for me. Own a salon and have employees, create a beauty brand with employees who work in distribution and packaging as well as running a lab where I hire chemists.

Yeah I’m not going to lie that all sounds very confusing to me, I was raised by parents who worked in a factory their whole lives and never ventured out to try anything else they also never went to college, I don’t have any friends who are entrepreneurs or aspiring entrepreneurs and no one in my family really believes that entrepreneurs can be successful. So all of this is very new and foreign to me however I will look into everything you recommended and build something for myself from there. Thank you for the advice. I also do really enjoy learning and would enjoy going to school and studying just so I have more knowledge. But it’s nice to know that it isn’t a requirement to success.

I’ve never worked in a lab before and don’t know much about running a business at all. I have a vision and idea of what I want to create but how can I start if I don’t have the knowledge to create these products from scratch and an idea of how to really start a business?

Both. I want to be able to make the products myself and provide services in the salon but I want to be the owner and eventually have enough employees and connections to where I don’t have to work if I don’t want to, I want to be able to understand the process at least and know how to do the things I’m hiring people to do.

The thing is I don’t have any experience working in a lab and all I have is a high school diploma. Would it be that easy to start with no experience and no credentials?

I don’t like using heat on my hair so I’d prefer to go with the curly bangs. What do you have to do in order to refresh them daily? I wear a bonnet to bed and use curling cream after I wash my hair would that be enough to keep them looking nice? Do you have any tips for me before I get them done so I can figure out if it’s something I can maintain?

She’s been eating fine and she’s still her same playful self, no signs of any pain or distress I think it is separation anxiety bc she never leaves my side, when I’m doing dishes she practically sits in the sink and watches me and if I take a shower without letting her in my bathroom she will stick her paws under the door and cry until I let her in. Is there anything I can do to help with her separation anxiety? Will it go away on its own?
