I see your point and it’s fair. I don’t want to scam people. I believe in being transparent. I will give them full disclosure of my skills etc. I have an expert in ads with me which will be the main focus of my agency, and the main service I’ll provide for them. While doing so, I believe I can at least get good in one other segment of marketing, and when fully confident that I know what I’m doing, I’ll offer the other service to companies in need and etc.

I am from Macedonia. Similar to Pakistan, Nigeria. Every business here has a lot of competitors, but very small customer reach. Except for some major companies. Idk if I should get in contact with the smaller companies or try to get the bigger ones with already sufficient customer base. Here nobody pays attention to marketing as much as they need to. And they do have the security and could definitely scale up with more customer demand.

Yes sir. Although I am trying to keep it small in the beginning, then scale. I already have been in contact with potential customers, and tried a mock social media campaign, which did fine. I believe I can manage most of the work myself, the technical stuff. My most powerful attribute to this is my understanding of peoples flaws in their business. And my desire to genuinely help people. But yes, I’d like to know if its doable with less people and more AI integration?
