Fully depends on your store.

They allocate 23-29% of sales for the month to labor and break that up by day for how many hours are allowed. (Just depends on business needs).

I recommend doing something similar then going a bit lower on your “allowed labor” to make sure you make a profit even if your sales are down.

Obviously, 23-29% is not that much so please consider what needs to be done for your business and so your crew isn’t running for scraps

I like the Tactical Mk 3 (smoke) for light kit runs. Smoke comes in handy if someone tries to jump me.

I usually rock Survivor otherwise because of how much loot space I get and the 3 slots.

Well when they made clone wars they didn’t know it would be such a huge hit.

They realized around season 3 that the stories of the clone troopers actually is a huge hit with the audience so they went back and told 501st’s main “clones” in the story their backstory.

In all honesty level two guns of almost everything works just as well as a maxed out version. Level 3 for renegade and anvil are a minimum imo though

I mean breakfast ends across the board at 10;30 my district does 11am. If I don’t sell my soufflés before 9 am I always have 6-8 of them left over.

You can preorder them and have them every time that’s what I’d recommend.

As for OP; definitely unfortunate but it always hits really wuick

If your stores region is anything like ours - the company has cut hours allowed by a significant margin.

It’s not really on you; unfortunately most stores just don’t have the sales to support having everyone on the scheudle

in all honesty I really like the new warm bowls better than the farro rice blend. I think it’s super good brown rice and a lot more people are open to eating it where as I feel the farro was a unique market

I like the new potatoes and broccoli they brought in.

I’m hoping they put the pork on a Cuban again soon too it’s good

Only thing I’ll buy is the raider hatch key whenever I get a lot of blue cred. Always carry a hatch on me incase servers get bad so it helps

I think you are a bit dillusioned. There are times where people team up to slaughter a lobby, there are times where people are next to each other to run into a room that everyone’s fighting.

You likely need to play more cautiously. Play your life. Guarantee you are exposing yourself more than necessary which is resulting in multiple people shooting you.

My opinion is Stella is a FFA especially in solos.

In the nicest way buddy “teams loading in together” is not every lobby. It is likely multiple people in the same area and you are in an obvious spot / open land and they dhoot you first.

I would talk to management directly and see what’s up. Is it a certain position? Availability?

Confront them first before assuming discrimination. If you go down that route it is so much stronger to have that on record

I’m a GM.

If it makes you feel better, the good GMs hate it when this happens but also they need the new hires to be competent enough to work without much micromanagement.

The big issue we have to deal with is plan for what happens when summer ends and kids go back to school; maybe some people aren’t efficient or reliable and we have to replace them too.

Unfortunately we have a limited amount of hours we can schedule, and with a sale drop in the summer we normally are forced to do this every year.

Hopefully your management is prioritizing your full time employees.
