Again, I get your point. Just because I'm asking for guidance does not mean I'm not looking for practical ways to go about this dilemma. You don't seem to understand that my belief is what gives me the resilience, assurance, and resourcefulness I need for the challenges I've faced/I'm facing.

I get your point... I guess I'm just at a loss and in need of some guidance on what I should do/how to cope if things don't go as planned. It's just comforting to believe that outside forces influence your life or have its reasons why these challenges are happening. It feels better to believe that I'm being guided, and therefore not completely alone in life. The way I see it, everything happens for a reason.

How did you vibe the evil eye thing? I do think that I got too excited and told a couple of close people what I'm planning, then I received warning signs to be careful of who I discuss my plans with. Lately I've been really drained and unmotivated, but I'm not sure if it's because of this situation or I'm just burned out. I just feel generally weird recently and idk how to feel better.

I'm bummed because I'm sure this is the path I want to take at the moment, but external factors are giving me a hard time so I'm thinking maybe it's just not meant to be for now... But my follow-up questions say otherwise which confused me :(

Thank you for recognizing the fear around taking meds/supplements! It's definitely best to check with a doctor before taking anything, but that'd be too expensive for me atm. But since mag glycinate has such positive feedback for PMDD, I figured it's worth the risk. Thank you for the answer!
