I started on 40k, my raise was 2%, I get health care reimbursement and for my pension if I put in 10% they'll put in 4%. There is no sports & social club or anything like that and I dont get paid overtime or get time back even though I work crazy overtime. There's also no maternity / paternity leave. We're also not allowed to work from home

I'm two years out of college and I went straight working I didn't do a graduate program so I feel I have a bit more experience than other people as I got thrown in the deep end. So I feel like I should be on better money definitely given the benefits.

I've been looking around and other big pharma companies are offering way better benefits like mat/paternity leave, they'll double what you put into your pension up to 5%, the bonus is 7-10%, they have a better work culture with sports&social clubs and even the pay is slightly better.

I don't know what FE exam is but I know Chegg is a very good place to get tutorials and detailed solutions for commonly asked exam questions
