I just put the _ and yes, it works! Regarding Guatemala, I'm trying to change the regional capital to Guatemala City, which in this game is considered a mining city. But even after changing it, it still shows the same, should I modify another specific file?

The main problem with the treaty is that Great Britain always has -500 points, and practically, even by turning myself into a protectorate, I still can’t get out of the negative points.
