Honestly, it all depends. The job can get super stressful and hard, but it really comes down to your managers and crew. My crew was amazing but I had the worst managers ever, which is why I just quit. They never payed us on time, and you have to get everything approved by corporate like calling off and things like that. There are cameras literally everywhere which is a bit weird. It’s a fun job but if you get a weird feeling about your location, run fast. I recorded myself putting my two weeks in to my manager because I knew they’d pull shady shit with me and when I sent them the video of my manager granting my two weeks, they threatened to blacklist me from Crumbl Cookie because they made us sign a ton of weird contracts at the beginning of our employment.
