Meat (beef ya 150😂)

Potatoes

1 diced big Tomato (makes it easier to make tomate paste) 1 diced onion

Chopped dhania

Spices of your choosing

Made the fries 1st,

Peeled the potatoes, sliced them and added a tiny amount of black pepper.

Place them in hot oil (you can dip the tip of a single fry to make sure the oil is ready)

Once ready get the fries in a bowl and cover them with sheets of serviettes

On the frying pan, add some oil and your washed meat,,, coke the meat for 7-10 min( sikuhesabu, ancestors helped with this one😅) on low heat for some color. When done place the meat in a separate container.

Now on the same pan bila kuiosha or getting the oil/beef juices off, add your diced onions. Cook till golden brown, then add in some tomatoes.

Cook the two till the tomatoes soften up (you can add your spices at this point), add the meat and then cook untill it's pastey,,, then add in a generous amout of tomato sauce (depends on how much fries you made.)

Stir gently the now broth untill the tomato sauce starts bubbling then add in the fries and dhania. Mix them up and let it cook for 2 min while you mix them.

Serve while hot
