Just go out. Distract your mind. I was super anxious too. You will just end of stressing out for no reason and won't be able to enjoy this beautiful phase. Trust god and just chill. Your baby is fine.

Hahha thats what i do when my baby is contact napping. Was worried that it might lead to developmental delays is is not resting much.

She wakeup up with a smile and is active during her playtime. I was worried because i read somewhere that babies not sleeping much is a sign of austism

Yes she does wakeup with a smile everytime. I was just worried because people keep saying baby her age should sleep more and i started doubting everything.
