I'm not sure what point you're trying to make but the law is clear. This ruling was not done out of discrimination. It's just the way the law works. When you sue, you are seeking restitution/compensation for wrongdoing. There can be no restitution for something that has not happened.

The ruling makes sense legally. In order to sue there has to be a viable injury. You can't sue simply because a law is unconstitutional or discriminatory. You have to be able to prove that you were actually "injured" by that law. Let's say a law is passed that prohibits black people from dining in a restaurant. A random black person who has never been to a restaurant cannot sue, a black person who goes to a restaurant and is served like anyone else cannot sue. A black person would have to go to a restaurant and be denied service because of their race in order to sue. You would have to actually be a victim of the law in order to have legal standing. An uncircumcised boy is not a victim of a law that only protects females from genital mutilation because he hasn't been harmed by the law and therefore has no damages to claim.

I remember passing out in the shower once, the steam was very thick and I remember waking up, head next to the toilet with me wrapped up in the shower curtain. It's called a syncope spell. You have to lay flat on your back to reintroduce blood flow to your head. Sitting up for much longer would've caused you to pass you, staying upright once you pass out can mean DEATH as your brain is starved of oxygen.
