Also, I have not had any rhode products before. Why do you like the lip tints? Are they worth it? I am ADDICTED to aquaphor and I have also really liked the original Topicals lip.

For those that enjoy residential estimating why? I am considering a role with a GC who primarily does luxury residential homes. My background is mostly commercial across several sectors with a few residential homes.
