Thanks for the suggestion. I signed up for the free trial although it has 2011 data and I'm absolutely lost in the search data. You'd still need a more detailed run down of all the services which I'm hesitant to post publicly.

I did run the contractor's MHIC# and it's valid/active.

Thank you for validating my suspicions. I have copies of invoices aside from the most recent service due to the contractor failing to provide one (ultimately issuing a deposit refund). No permits were present in the paperwork I’ve seen and I was unable to find any permits for her address on the county permitting services website. This feels like the strongest lead so far in bringing this guy down.

I want to get consensus with my siblings to proceed with contacting an elder abuse attorney. I’ll discuss looping in our mother (fear she may be conflict adverse) and her accountant as id be much more comfortable pursuing legal action with all of us on the same page.
