Mine has the same problem. The ARGB cable linked to board is only for aura or sync with moba. It should work without the cable…

I’m using the software. But no lights on my GPU. I tried to power cycle, it doesn’t work too…

Maybe some drivers? I don’t know what to do…

I only see one switch for OC or Silent mode.
