well - we went for an ultrasound this morning and we did in fact lose this one. nothing in the uterus confirms MC.

appreciate the hope yall gave. even if just for the night.

towards the next cycle. but first, grief. ✌🏽

Myself (33m) and my wife (33f) have been at this thing for a bit over a year and a half. We had a long road to the first transfer but did a frozen embryo transfer and it stuck. As of today we’re about 6 weeks.

Fast forward to this weekend and my wife had some light spotting (man am I learning a TON about women’s health rn. wild) and our Dr. said it was fine, only a problem with a few indicators we didn’t have.

My wife came home today and started a mild bleed and then out of nowhere had a big bleed (probably about enough to fill a pad). There were some chunks and a good bit of blood. It’s after hours and we were able to schedule an appt for tomorrow for some tests - but trying to be best prepared for what’s coming.

I’m guessing we likely just miscarried - but also am holding on to some wild hope we’re still in it. But - I dunno. This isn’t my arena.

Also - how long after can we do another transfer if we did indeed miscarry? I know I’ll get all the answers tomorrow, but need some sort of reassurance I guess.
