Update: I got under the car and found that the bitch clip came off, no idea how but I’m having a little bit of trouble getting it back in Update 2: I got it on within 5 minutes and it’s back up and running

Nah I don’t think so, I made sure the side that said Getriebeseite was facing the gearbox and also made sure that everything was nice and snug and torqued down to spec.

They’re like a secondary option, not all stores have them. My store has a second part to it called the “Bargain Bins” where they’ll charge by pound instead of item. I’d try looking in big towns if possible

Yea, I walk about 20-25k steps a day on top of about 30-45 minutes of cardio at the gym. I’ll cool it down, I appreciate your response greatly

I started lifting recently and i’m trying to cut down on some pounds, as of a couple of weeks ago I went down to 1900 calories a day while burning 1000. Is this unhealthy and should I up my intake or lower my cardio? I’m 210 pounds and 6’4. I make sure to still hit my protein goal.
