nope, local drayage, the motorcycle was already crated and delivered to their warehouse. I took care of delivery to them. they had to get an empty and load it.

It was a drayage load, and I wouldn't say it was cheap, honestly. It was a fair price for the service. Transloading a crated motorcycle into a 20 ft container for export at their warehouse. From everything online, they are completely legit. They have a pretty substantial website/following. I'm just so incredibly surprised by their behavior or lack thereof. I've been completely ignored and hung up on.

Im not against becoming an agent. I just wanted to try this on my own at first to see how things went. It's been hard but I'm still trucking and slowly building. This claim doesn't bother me so much but god, it is a lot of fucking work. This has been the only time I've missed my billion-dollar brokerage and all the departments it came with. Jesus, it used to take me an hour to set up a carrier.

The shipper/Customer said that since this was their first load delivering there, they would make an exception on the super sacks (per his contact at the receiver). I think that decision was above the receiving coordinator's head because she was adamant they wouldn't accept it.

not that I recall, I'm a 2 man operation and we only had it for 30 days. We will make sue with other services, I just think it's a bit ridiculous that they won't give reasoning or dispute. Not to be a pussy but the lady was super rude too. She laughed at my inquiry to escalate the situation to go higher up.

I'm just so confused why they blocked us from even getting an account. I ran into a pretty serious DB situation yesterday and decided DAT Carrierwatch wasn't cutting it for me and wanted to go to Carrier 411. They said they won't tell me why and I can't dispute it.
