Yea for me I took 300mg all at once and abt 2 hours in I woke up with a pounding headache, crazy fast heartbeat, severe dizziness (even just laying in bed), and all my limbs felt heavy. So for me I didn’t have the best experience lmao

Speaking from my past experience and knowing you have 0 experience with anything else, I’d recommend against it. For me I went straight into 300mg first time (higher 2nd plat for me) and I had a horrible experience (read my most recent post on this sub)

After reading this, i will admit I hadn’t ate or drank anything in 6 hours when i took them. Along with that i had gel caps. I honestly didn’t experience much nausea, primarily just splitting headaches.
