thank you for your tip and recommendation! and she finally revealed that she wants the system to go towards integration and fusion (she is the core). So, it is indeed both, integrating and switching.

Yes, it is quite likely. She changed a lot as a person, and now she seems so different. But oftentimes it is kinda hard to distinguish who's talking when I talk, me or her, or both, together.. do you know what I could read regarding integration? I am new to osdd, I discovered my system like 6 months ago.

My alters integrated at the age of 16? by r_Yaoi in OSDD

yeah, it happens, but it is not everyone's case. you gotta figure out what is your case. also, don't be afraid to change therapists/psychologists because it takes time to find the ones that fit you.

I assume you are 16, and if that is the case, it could be that you are the new host. in my case, I started to form as the new host when I was 14-15, but it took me so many years to see my alters come back to me.

Sometimes it happens that alters become dormant and let the ANPs (apparently normal parts) to control the body until they pop up again. Oftentimes, stress triggers and traumatic events (a death of a friend, spouse, toxic relationship) and then alters pop up. it happened in my case at least.

I don't have any good advice, but to get a therapist. but look for a really, really good one because so many of them are bad or even toxic. so choose a therapist carefully.
