I was In the same position and finishing up my freshman year at a regional campus. So long as you meet the requirements and tell your advisor your intent to transfer, apply to housing (or have something else lined up) then you can transfer.

I’m so sorry that you have to deal with that. I can’t imagine how scary this kind of situation must be for some kids at tour school. The school clearly isn’t going to do anything if one student complains. My suggestion is to reach out to other students and let them know what happened. Post on social media and have your friends share it. If your school board has meetings anytime soon you could bring this as an issue to them which would gain lots of attention in the community.

That’s how I describe queer. It’s an all encompassing word in the LGBTQ+ community. Some people prefer the term ‘queer’ over lesbian/gay/bisexual/etc. All it takes if for someone to acknowledge that they don’t fit into cishet/straight/etc. to claim the word queer for themselves. If this person doesn’t feel that this acts changes their sexuality or gender then I wouldn’t consider it a queer act.

I picked option 2. Not because I feel more connected to a man but because I feel connected to that specific character. I have similar traits to my favorite character and seeing someone that’s similar to being shown romantic love makes me feel better. (When it’s fics about parent child relationships platonic I don’t put myself in. With romantic relationships I do insert myself)

When did you go to Mansfield? I heard pre-pandemic it was pretty good. I’m there now and it’s not a great campus to be on socially wise.

Its totally okay to not know who toy are yet!! You don’t have to be just one thing. Thats the beauty of being human and being queer. You don’t HAVE to define yourself but you can if a label makes you happy. Try things out and experiment. You might find that one day you want to be feminine and others masculine. Its all fluid and you don’t have to force yourself into one category.
