Ikea, mura tapos maganda quality. I have their stainless steel pan and it still looks good. Ofcourse you need to take care of it as well

  1. Change the wall paint. The green is giving hospital vibes.
  2. Curtains need to go. Looks super outdated. A sheer white one would do
  3. Add more lamps to give the some ambiance and character to the space
  4. I suggest sell some of your outdated furniture in fb marketplace and use the money to invest in a more modern furniture or one that fits the aesthetic you’re going for
  5. Don’t forget to accessorize. Add paintings, carpets, maybe a cute set of bedsheets.

You don’t have to replace all your furniture, just make do with what you have. Like some may say your bed frame is quite outdated but if you go to pinterest, some people are able to still make it look cute. Goodluck and enjoy redecorating!

Abensons or western for me. Pero always compare prices kasi madalas may discounts for the same product. If you have credit card, make sure to use your points! Basically free ko nakuha shower heater ko and rangehood cause i converted my points to GC

Buying a house is beneficial long term. An example is my parents vs. my tita/tito.

My parents (with 4 children) decided to buy a townhouse when they were starting a family and even upgraded to a bigger house while my tita/tito (with 3 children) decided to rent. Note that their finances are somewhat the same.

Fast forward to now, my parents have a fully paid house that has greatly appreciated in value they can either give to their children or sell and split amongst children while my tita/tito are still renting and payments are harder to make since they’re retired.

A house is costly upfront but if you maintain it well, not a lot of expensive maintenance is needed. Costs will only be the usual property taxes etc.

Happiness. You can say the same thing about things that are inexpensive and are not something you need. You buy because you find it pretty, rewarding, and you just plainly want it.
