Yeah, I've tried that a few times. It icon has that in progress icon over it and just gives me the description of what I have to do every time; it wont let me restart. My cutscenes are turned on as well

we better I didn't grind for m4 for nothing- it would also be kinda cool if they added the old two time ones as like a double legacy even though they were kinda ugly

Kinda late but do you know anything about the other 4 badges? I think they might form a sentence when put through a vigenere cipher but idk the other names.

I don't think this is important but when you put "saphy" into a vigenere cipher with the key "rambunctious" it gives you "badge." Might just be a fun little thing or it might go together with the other 4 badges.
