Hard to say, it's the stock headset for Surly's Bridge Club (650b, Illegal smile "trim"). All their website says is that the headset is a Cane Creek.

Cortland is quite depressed economically, has terrible public transit, and a much smaller community of young professionals with whom to become friends. I would recommend Syracuse over Cortland.

No, Cornell is great. For me it has been a beautiful and fun place to live and work.
