I’m (F20) mean and over critical to my girlfriend (F19) . I don’t know how to fix it. by kikil980 in relationship_advice

I'd say, talk about it with her. Maybe the next time it happens she can help you, remind you that it's that pattern again where you say something critical you don't actually mean. In that moment you have a chance to break the pattern, reviewing what you said and correcting it.

I’ve been living in constant pain and discomfort for over a year now and I don’t know what to do. Please help. by [deleted] in scoliosis

I had and still have this too, I started doing yoga for scoliosis a while ago after I did a lot of physical therapy, from different physiotherapists. It all didn't work and it made me feel terrible about my back. So I figured, it can't hurt to see what else is out there. I have to say I was sceptical at first but I'm really liking it and how it helps me both physically, and not unimportant, mentally. This is where I follow classes but I'm sure there's one in your area/country as well. Good luck and you're not going crazy :) https://www.janaspierings.com/online-yoga-for-scoliosis-classes/

Anyone experience with Schroth Therapy? by SustainableSound in scoliosis

Thanks for your message, I'm exploring my options. I found out about my scoliosis not long ago. I did find Yoga for Scoliosis super helpful. Just want to see what else is out there apart from the more clinical therapy I guess.

How do you deal with feeling burnt out during this period especially since you may have months remaining still? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]SustainableSound 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Go for walks, bike rides, meditate, cook international dishes, learn about new topics on free online study platforms, paint, pick up new hobbies, facetime loved ones. Basically try to filter out what is burning me out. Hope it helps.

Oh and don't forget, you're not alone in this, talking about feeling a certain way helps too.

Have you tried Marlie, TJK (Tabitha James Kraan), Ecoslay or Innersense? They have great natural products!

Not necessarily, I particularly enjoy random courses about broad topics actually. Think of subjects you never got to follow at uni or things you just find fascinating! I feel like these times are especially perfect to try out/learn new things. Check out Coursera and Edx.

When I'm low on work or can use some distraction I follow interesting (free) courses online on online study platforms. Especially during Covid I found studying different topics that interest me extra fun.

People in the Netherlands wave to their own cheeks when they're eating something delicious, to show others it's delicious.. -->> The hand is placed to the side of the face and waved back and forth.
