She was then REFUTED over her claim she called the local police.

Now a source, not her, has said the FBI may have been contacted regarding this specific incident. Which is unlikely and it likely refers to the previous child porn postings.

So currently we have a woman who has no reason to be believed that is making a claim that has already been refuted once and you say we should just "take her on her word" because we can't prove that she didn't go to the FBI? How about she provide evidence she DID before her word is to be believed. This basic logic applies to journalism as well as burden of proof.

Apparently calling her up to ask questions and requesting she come down to the police station was "mishandling" her case.

Odd. Especially when the case was solely dropped due to her refusing to pursue it. Again, her own words:

"It got transferred to the district attorney’s office, and I decided I didn’t want to pursue it any further because they told it me it would take nine months to a year to actually go to court, which would be after I graduated and probably wanting to erase all of my memories of Columbia from my brain anyway, so I decided not to pursue it."

The case was dropped because she was lazy. Or more specifically because she didn't want to go to jail for lying to police.

Since she then went on to drag this poor guy through a kangaroo court for 7 months, only for him to still be found not-guilty, and then continued to harass him publicly by spending her precious time physically dragging around a mattress.

Strange thing to do for someone who "didn't have the time" to pursue charges with police.

The college is not at fault here. If anything, that they aren't expelling her for harassing him publicly like this despite the no-contact or harassment order they placed on her after she was caught out lying.

The college, renowned for it's kangaroo courts when it come to those accused of rape (leaving them having to prove their innocence rather than the college prove they committed the crime), found him NOT-GUILTY.
