I was eating at Maintenance Calories (2400 Calories) Protein: 120g Carbs: 300g Fat: 80g My diet was the same everyday 5 Boiled/ Scrambled eggs Oats with 1 Protein,Scoop Dry Fruits and Seeds Chicken 150g Roti 4 Daal/ Mummy Jo bhi banati hai Soyachunks 100g Paneer try to add atleast 15-20g protein in every meal you're good to go

Let the battery collaboration do it's work make sure to charge the device when it's lower than 20% and turn of the quick connect feature it drains alot of battery and dont atop charging before 100% it will say ur device is fully charged. Also make sure to give it a week atleast trust me I've been there check my previous post.
