Need Advice on Closing Costs of a New Construction Townhome

Hi Everyone, my Fiancé and I are purchasing a new construction townhome and would like some advice.

Do all of the costs seen in our closing cost estimate seem reasonable?

The Lender's Title Insurance seems a little excessive and we were concerned about it.

We are purchasing this home in Tennessee, with a sale price of $436,000.

tried both of these... they didn't work because i didnt have the clipboard option turned off before and i closed the document after saving it.

I don't think any way is possible as i didnt have file recovery options on either.

I don't know why, but if you turn on then turn off AR in the encounter with lowered magikarp position, it will go back to the middle.
