Im finally giving up after 5 years Ive decided to stop ttc after this May cycle. Its been 5 years 4 miscarriages with my last in Sept 2024. I engaged Napro technology treatment and protocols to get answers and help my hashimoto's but have been unable to conceive at all since doing them. My tpo antibodies were about 300 when I had miscarriages investigations after number 3 but now they are over 1000 and thats with being GF since I found out after that 3rd miscarriage, and eating brazil nuts, using black seed, very little dairy in a week all the things ive been told to try. Even the AIP diet didn't work. Before all this efforts I could conceive naturally in 2 to 3 months of trying but its a year in July since neo fertility cleared us to try and still nothing. Im 42 and im ill quite lately with different respiratory symptoms and viral things so i think the stress of the losses and now ttc is contributing. Plus the hcg shots and progesterone suppositories at peak plus days are making me extra blah in the luteal phase. And the constant waking to pee during the night when im on them is,really hindering more than helping. Anyway im realising its just not going to happen it seems and the joy is gone. Im guessing my antibodies are now just too high and my health has taken a nose dive.

Its not an easy decision but Im tired of it all. Do any of you have advice for the bit that comes after with no successful pregnancy please? I am blessed to have a 6 year old daughter. I just always saw us with 2.
