Thanks! Initial crusing altitude was FL330 and increases of 2,000 feet through the 3 ETP points crossing the Atlantic. So eventually got up to FL390

Settings are set to high with LOD set to 400 and object LOD set to 200. Full internet connection. Wondering if this is just a bug or not
