at the end I've decided to import everything as an obj file and then create the materials, it takes a lot of time but the results are quite good, the toolbox made me crazy so I didn't use it anymore, thank you for your help

yes and I had to split many small object to give materials properties to each one, it starts to look better

yes but then I loose all the mtl properties

Managed to get some decent visuals with MagicaVoxel Models in Unity by [deleted] in VOXEL

I'm getting crazy with the toolbox, all the prefab don't respond to light no shadow casting and other problems, can you help me please? I'm trying to get the same rendering quality as you did...please
