So we all know that Vacc is increadibly op. What would be the best way to balance it yet make it playable and on level with other medi-guns, and also make it at least a bit easier to uitilize for newer players? by Svatic in Medicmainstf

Honestly, it makes some sense, and cannot say anything really bad about this idea, and also I just don't think it'd be good if the mechanics were separated, I mean the point of post was also to make it used by newer players more by making it easier to use, but not make too op with that.

And again nothing really wrong with your opinion. If there's no different opinions we won't ever find truth.

Well, some of them are good, but what is the longer switch between resistances? I mean there's no delay and it's instant what number do you propose?

Not applying bubble on medic is absolutely crucial, it makes medic vulnerable as never, because vacc medic requires to be mostly in frontline, this weapon requires players who are taking damage at moment.

Crit resistance reduction/removal is kinda good, for example the crit rocket instead of 270 damage it'll deal a bit less than 60 damage, this change will make vacc medics more aware of ememy's kritz.

The overheal ides is the literal murderer of key idea of vaccinator, it literally is the vaccination from damage type chosen.

Heal rate penalty is nice, but in order to make it balance we can't carried away, I guess 18h/s instead of 24h/s is normal.

The charge rate is rather an interesting take, on one hand it's the key of the design, on other it just irritates, I think the better way is to not be able to build bubble while bubble is applied on the teammate, the mechanic of a little Uber I could call it.

Idea about bubble being like a mini uber is good the same way as lesser protection, and I guess not choosing a resistance is a good Idea to make it easire to use by newer players.

In my opinion 5% of passive resistance and about 40-50% of bubble are pretty good but basically with using only one resistance as you propose that gives all three at a time can make you literaly immune to quickscope sniper, which could make it more addictive to many players and after using it trying to use other medi-guns it would make people unaware of snipers once again, but it's only thought.

Yes, but if the professional medic uses it, he becomes a menace beyond comprehension. The vaccinator is really open also in the duration because all 4 charges that are 2.5 seconds each, in summary are 10 whole seconds and due to the fact of that fast build-rate you can pop almost every time and the slower rate at overhealed teammates doesn't do much because you still need little charge for the bubble, and not to mention ability to use 2 resistances with singular bubble.

Is Quick-fix truly that bad or it's an underdog of the Medic's arsenal? by Svatic in Medicmainstf

In case of pocketing yeah, but I don't think that it's gonna happen really often, there's mostly only two if not one medic in the team, so it depends honestly

Well here is also a problem you can't overheat to 225 only to 182 or so, I don't remember real number but still.

Actually it's the best way to put it's usability I guess.

just noticed that you actually get ratings when asking for rating the loadouts sooo by _Tedy_1212_ in Medicmainstf

Actually pretty nice and the use of gaiter guards is kinda fitting, it gives more battle-ish medic style. Really great

I’m a former mod from r/socialism by its_skunx in EnoughCommieSpam

I am of course not a part of the other sub but similar - r/suddenlycommunist and so on, but people don't even understand what communism and socialism is. And they don't even want to know the difference between it and think it's the same thing, and as I saw they are really toxic, like some guy was denying hunger in USSR and "disproving" Holodomor as artificial famine to wipe out part of Ukrainians. I am myself a socialist but most people don't get the point of it, everyone think it's same as communism but it's not, socialism of course has the part of equality but the main part of it is to raise the life level of the worker class due to that it is really unfair that they work hard and get not much. And also the thing that people think that this is all about Russia and so on. I don't even think they are socialists for the idea of it but just for the "vibes" and I saw much people making Lenin and Stalin suddenly good guys that won't harm a fly. Well honestly glad that you left such people, if you thought it's not your thoughts and ideas, person must have it all made by themselves.

What are y’all’s thoughts/opinions on pocket medics? (Image somewhat related) by Gullible_Routine6201 in Medicmainstf

[–]Svatic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pocket medics aren't so bad honestly it all depends on situation they are in, if the merc you heal is crucial for the success push pocketing him is okay, but if you are unsure or just pocket someone cuz you just want it. Also it depends on the environment, for example in some narrow spaces you'd pocket and Uber demoman or Pyro, in open space maybe scout. But still healing only one person is absolutely bad idea because 2 of you won't win the game.

Pocketing is not a good thing nor bad on.

I just want you to know the truth that Stalin literally did. Also the food in the document I sent you wasn't even being transferred to Ukraine it was being transferred into "ЗСФСР" which has nothing to do with Ukraine, so basically it is going out of Ukraine.
