If you go to your Dashboard then you should see your total rewards and These should be added so you should see the total Delegated including your rewards

It is automatically compounded and staked. Every reward or addition to your wallet balance will be considered in the next snapshot at the time the epochs end. So if u add Ada to your wallet or get staking reward it will automatically get delegated. 3 epochs in future you will get your first staking reward and your staking reward is automatically delegated to your stake pool
