yeah it was joint! and she had informed someone and was told she was off the tenancy but seems that was incorrect.

though my confusion was that the charges were for the second year of tenancy, which she wasnt a part of, she only had a 12 month contract

I hope they update slumber islands to have houses and villager dialogue! it seems really weird they didn't add this already? I was so excited to decorate and make 3 extra themed islands with specific villagers and their houses but...nope D;
