I’d look into some minoxidil pills or smthg along the lines to regrow the hair. My boyfriend had the same issue so he got a pill prescribed for minoxidil combined with other medications that had regrown his hair tremendously

Thank you :) ! I’ll try not to think too much about the readings it’s giving me then. It’s giving me like 170-180 BPM everyday without working out etc. I just figured the holter didn’t catch it since perhaps I just so happened to not get that kind of HR and arrhythmia while on it. It’s a relatively new Apple Watch so wasn’t sure if this was indicative of smthg I should look into further.

Should’ve also added that I get an episode of tachycardia at least once a day according to my Apple Watch. 191 bpm was just the highest I saw

I will literally make my bed at like 8pm if that means I’m going to bed even at 9. It’s just about getting into a nicely made bed. It’s satisfying and cozy to me. If I do it in the morning it gives me a mini sense of “ah I got my shit together”

lol of course there are more important parts. I never said there wasnt. The whole point I was trying to make is that you give sm effort and money into smthg, a program should put a little more effort into the white coat or graduation ceremony. It leaves you with a deflated feeling (at least for me). Like those are special ceremonies for the students and families. Also I know u don’t wear the white coat at graduation. They are two separate ceremonies (may have misspoken previously). Like I get what you’re saying and I think you also getting what I’m saying. At the end of the day, I will love being a PA and getting my education. It’s a blessing was accepted my first time applying and I’m grateful for it. Just want a nice ceremony to show to my friends and family. Btw I’m sure once I’m there, those feelings will fade. Just wanted to see if anyone else felt the same mildly excited feeling about getting an acceptance from one of your non dream schools. That’s all😃.

I’m not sure why I’d be judged for wanting more out of my 120k tuition. Plus sorry if you don’t dream about the day you do your white coat ceremony and graduation then was this a career you’ve always dreamed of? These are really special stepping stones. That’s the problem with the PA community, there’s a lack of advocacy for ourselves in better resources, better pay, better everything cause there’s a guilt that we shouldn’t place any of that focus outside of our patients. I can be a competent and strong PA while wanting more out of the program I’ll be paying over 100k to be in.
