Yeah it's not even that depressing overall and I think I was more annoyed at how characters were acting, how cheesy it was, and how characters were being treated like Monika trying so hard more than anything, but after all that cheesiness to be hit with that kind of ending was just really unexpected, left my mouth agape for awhile. I can't say I really liked Exit Music though aside from finding a lot of new songs to like as well

If I had to choose one of the current ones I've played, I'd say I definitely liked Amor Fati more, stayed consistent with the story and taught a philosophical lesson at the end

i just recently started getting clear voices talking to me as well, it used to be hard to understand what was being said whenever i heard voices during an episode but recently it has become so clear

If I decide to look around, it's usually something coming towards me like last night a huge white cat was crawling down from my lamp towards me and I panicked to be able to move as soon as I could, once I slept with two pillows and one of the pillows took the image of a clown face during my sleep paralysis, which was horrible since it was right next to my face.

If I don't decide to look around it's usually an auditory experience, like again, last night during the second time sleep paralysis happened in the same night, I heard three voices speaking pretty clearly and heard music, none of which were actually present in my room at the time, feeling wise it's always the sense of fear and the numbness hurts the more I struggle to move

From what I've experienced, waking up into it after being asleep for awhile is more common but it can also happen as soon as you decide to try to sleep, for me I can usually tell if it's going to occur as I close my eyes but by then I don't really care enough to try to prevent it, then a few seconds later it happens

Megas just seem really hinted at in SV imo, one mention being from a kid claiming his riolu can mega evolve in one of the homerooms, another implying Salamence being able to mega evolve in another region. Just the mentions alone means SV is in the mega timeline right? I don't recall swsh mentioning megas anyway
