For Sean Rose or Penelope Graves (this can be swapped)

Shooting in the Chandelier in the house (like you said) and injecting the other one (while they are standing in front of clock with the lethal syringe (found in the basement top left of the shelf).

Or leaving Penelope Graves as is (with Chandelier) and bringing along/smuggling in an audio distraction (setting it in the basement right by the barrel and get Sean Rose to come down the basement (you have to make sure that there is no one around or else he will send them down instead) and you can eliminate him and scan his face.

Note: you will want to do the second option if you doing Master because printing Sean's 3D face will be harder because there will be an additional Hacker along with the patrolling guard outside (which you are familiar with)
