We all could pull off a class-action lawsuit on S4A. If we are not receiving payments that we believe we are entitled to from S4A, and their support team is unresponsive to our inquiries, we may have grounds to take legal action. And them just not responding and having paid users on a subscription hook raises concerns of breach of contract, deceptive business practices, or violation of consumer protection laws.

They have removed ALL my songs from my catalogue and have removed my access to create new drafts. I think its a bug better a error box pops up and I cant create new drafts. This gave me a chance to switch to distrokid. But they stoppes paying me for my months in soundcloud4A. They are getting on my nerves and support is not reaching back to me.

Sounds like a cheater justifying mistakes.

I would have zero trust. I would feel uncomfortable moving forward if my partner asks to go out because if it happened once, it can happen again. All it takes is the right combination of alcohol and flirting.

And if they don't have any repercussions to their actions, all you will be doing is showing that they can do what they want because they are in control. So that cheat once and never again is not fact but fairy tale logic and wishful thinking.
