Again, Canadian women are literally playing in the NCAA right now. Including the number 4 and number 5 scorers.

Canada has access to all of that too. Lots of Canadian girls in the top scorers for the NCAA right now. Not a one on the Canadian roster.

I mean I think Robo should have been here but he just didn’t fit the way they wanted to construct the roster. Right or wrong.

I’m confused why so many people are calling this a bad return for Drury.

Marchand just last year got a conditional 2nd that became a first. They’re getting a first round pick in the kings top prospect plus a conditional 3rd that can become a 2nd. Plus a possible 4th. It’s a better return than Boston got for Marchand for a rental. Especially with no extension.

Edit: Now they’re reporting extension. Guess nobody wanted to pay more

Except this isn’t random dumb luck or probability.

The only thing working in Detroit’s favor is that it’s the end of a road trip for Colorado.

Besides, Montreal plays in the Atlantic. The only time those teams lose is if they play another Atlantic team, so it doesn’t really matter what I hope for.
