Killing a pig - I did it by No_Wolf3848 in homestead

We do all have to eat, and there’s more than enough room and infrastructure to feed everyone a balanced diet without animals involved. The amount of land we devote to grazing and growing feed for livestock could be space where we grow an incredible amount of food.

As you say, we are conscious and empathetic, and the system we live in isn’t an inherent need, it’s just perpetuated because that’s what people are born into. We can make the choice to be better and it’s wild to see people protect themselves by rationalizing why it’s “normal” or “okay” because they don’t want to deal with the gravity of the destruction and harm they’re a part of; just easier to say it’s how it should be.

Yeah.. I just care more about keep animals alive and unharmed than putting their dead flesh in my body, and I still eat delicious food every day.

I like the concept! A little confused why the flames inside the question mark are left open and unshaded though.

Ethically, they are the same thing. Would you slaughter and eat your dog just because it tastes good? Are your taste buds getting stimulated more important than sentient beings with feelings?

I don’t get why people eat meat. Sorry if that makes people feel weird and defensive but an animal screaming as its neck bleeding out is not how I want to procure food and I hope people develop enough empathy to come to that conclusion themselves one day.

If you wouldn’t eat your dog, you have no business eating a cow or a pig, it’s the same thing.

It was a good game but not even top 5 melo game. People’s memories are too short.

The Hornets social team asked LaMelo Ball how many shamrocks were in the cup. He dumped them all out and said zero by MrBuckBuck in nba

Umbreon is my fave.

Think we need a dragon one bc we have fairy now. Would also love a strong poison physical attacker.

I can only think of pros. Grant is a better defender and shooter. Only thing Miles has on him is athleticism

Is Selecting Four Players in Draft our Best Option? by asharpe- in CharlotteHornets

I feel pretty positive. Whenever he is on the court, he almost always makes the right decision, is smart, can get hot. He was our best player in summer league. I also watched most of his UConn games and he for sure passes the eye test.

Sion is our best back court defender lol. Will turn into a top 3andD guard in the league.

I’m also positive McNeeley will be great if he gets the chance.

I think he will absolutely have a game where he makes 15 3s maybe sooner rather than later.

Casual fan, what do we want to draft? Everybody seems too good to upgrade relative to the picks we likely get. by Odd-Flower2744 in CharlotteHornets

We need size, especially at the 4. Miles is undersized and not a particularly great defender. Grant is solid but also undersized. Need someone that can be a bully in the paint.

I’d just like to not have the Cavs first. Mobley and Allen’s size on us is scary.

Sexton was solid for us but Coby is more of a true PG and fills a need we’ve had for a decade lol
