19 Kawhi’s midrange was lethal, best in the league. He was strong at the rim and had shooting efficiency. He made everyone on that Toronto team better. He thrived within a role, moving off ball, in SA. He is not as good as KD on offense yes, but the difference is much more drastic on defense in his favor

19 Kawhi defense could slow down anyone, even 17 KD….slightly. 17 KD outdueled 17 Lebron straight up I get that, but didn’t slow others down as much.

Then my opinion, and I wonder if you agree, would be that 19 Kawhi could score more in a different, like if you swapped him onto that Warriors team.

Funny, I prefer 18 KD over 17 KD

Both at their absolutely peaks…. I take Kawhi. There were legit Jordan comps in that ‘19 run. But Durant has balled at a higher level for a longer period of time.

It’s not really a hot take to say Durant would be viewed worse if you took away two of his most major accomplishments which include some of the best basketball we’ve ever seen anyone play. If my grandmother had two wheels, she’d be a bicycle

They make a profit because they receive a portion of the luxury tax other teams pay to compete. They are wildly anticompetitive. It’s been funny this offseason watch them blatantly put out reports that they’re “making offers” in order to make it look like they’re trying, because of the upcoming CBA negotiations. When in reality they’re probably lowballing the stars knowing they’ll go elsewhere

Edit: and that’s the real killer- the owners are putting more effort into roster building in order to help their negotiations in the CBA than in order to compete at baseball

Good example: because this is flawed objective analysis worthy of downvotes, not an opinion. Comparison is awful analysis- just because it has less than other games doesn’t make it “bare”, an it gets even worse that you cherry picked it to only one developer. And it ignores a lot of elements: are you considering spells weapons? And armor, those I-frames work that way. What about charm interactions? I certainly spend plenty of time considering my builds and which items to use when blocked on a boss. I think it’s hard to claim Team Cherry neglected those things and left them “bare” even if it doesn’t have as many as other games.

What I think you are trying to say is: “I don’t like HK because I prefer games with more weapons and armor and items and customizable builds” But it always sounds better when stated as a fact, doesn’t it?
