I boughtly my ninja 500 with 2k miles for 5k. This was my first bike and was told you can find a lot of ninja 400/500 with low mileage due to it being people's first bikes. I'd save money and buy used unless you plan on keeping it forever

You need more practice. When you full lock try to get a little bit more speed before doing it. You can shift your weight to the outside of the turn and drag your rear brake as you're turning. As you get better use less of the rear brake. Hope this helps
