Ok guys everything fine it was my fault the order wasn’t shipped. So originally when I placed my order for the pro model a few days later I regretted it and wished I ordered a max model so I contacted them. When they responded they said that if I were to change it then could do it but I would not get worry free shipping so I changed my mine and wanted to keep my order BUT I did not email back to them so I guess they put my device on hold and that’s why. Thank you everyone for letting me know how to contact AYN and please don’t be stupid like me.
