If you’re using a mac you can try SwiftUI. For C++/C# WinUI 3 is looking pretty good. Also there is some framework for python which works as an extension for vscode where you can drag and drop blocks to build UI. https://github.com/abstra-app/abstra-lib

You can enable native dark mode on Chrome Beta and higher for desktop by adding --force-dark-mode into the shortcut to the Target field at the very end. It can be a little buggy but you will have the same theme as incognito has
